I'm having trouble logging in, what do I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in, there are a few things you should check:
OpenAthens
To login to most things related to your course, including the student website and your library account, you will need to do so via OpenAthens.
To login to OpenAthens, you will need your student/staff email address and password. If you are unsure about either of these please get in touch with the IT team at servicedesk@regents.ac.uk and they’ll be able to help.
Databases
Some databases require you to create your own account before you login.
